Shipping policy
Effective Date: May 10, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how Ergolyx AB arranges delivery of products ordered through our website, by quotation, invoice, or direct agreement.
It applies to both business customers and consumer customers.
Shipping Scope
Ergolyx AB arranges delivery of products from manufacturing, storage, or logistics locations to the delivery address specified in the order confirmation.
For business customers, shipping may be quoted as a single, all-inclusive price covering transport to the agreed delivery address, including logistics coordination and delivery handling, unless stated otherwise in writing.
For consumer customers, products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, either directly or through a third-party logistics provider where applicable.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods depend on the destination, order size, product type, and logistical requirements.
Deliveries may involve sea freight, land transport, courier delivery, freight forwarding, or a combination of transport methods.
For business customers, products may be shipped directly from manufacturing or storage locations to the delivery address stated in the contract, quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
For consumer customers, products may be shipped from a fulfillment, storage, or logistics partner when available.
Ergolyx AB determines the most appropriate shipping method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping methods may vary depending on availability and operational requirements at the time of dispatch.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates unless explicitly agreed as binding in writing.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on production schedules, product availability, transport routes, customs processing, carrier availability, and destination country.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond Ergolyx AB’s reasonable control, including production delays, logistics disruptions, customs delays, carrier delays, or force majeure events, may affect delivery times.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout, stated in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or confirmed in writing before the order is finalized.
For business customers, shipping may be included in the agreed price unless stated otherwise in writing.
For consumer customers, applicable shipping costs will be shown before the order is completed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For business customers, customs clearance, import duties, local taxes, and other import-related charges may be included in the agreed price where expressly stated in the quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
If any customs duties, import charges, or local taxes are not included, this will be stated before the order is finalized.
For consumer customers, applicable taxes and delivery costs will be shown before the order is completed where required by law.
Any exceptions must be clearly stated in the order confirmation or in writing before the order is finalized.
Risk and Responsibility
For business customers, the risk of loss or damage passes upon delivery to the agreed address, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For consumer customers, the risk of loss or damage passes when the goods have been physically received by the customer or by a person chosen by the customer to receive the goods.
Ergolyx AB remains responsible for coordinating delivery to the delivery address specified in the order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
For consumer orders, tracking information is normally provided once the shipment has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
For business orders, tracking information may be provided upon request, depending on the shipping method and transport stage.
Ergolyx AB will provide shipment updates when reasonably available.
Delivery Access
The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
The customer must ensure that the delivery address is accessible and that someone is available to receive the delivery where required.
Additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, unavailable recipients, or access restrictions may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect delivered products promptly upon receipt.
Visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies should be reported to Ergolyx AB without undue delay.
Business customers must report visible defects, damage, or discrepancies within a reasonable period after delivery.
Consumer customers retain their mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
