Shipping
Do you ship outside the EU?
We currently ship to multiple regions, including most EU member countries. Availability varies by location. We may add additional countries over time, so please check our Shipping Information page or contact us to confirm whether we ship to your area.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after dispatch. Bulk or B2B sea freight orders may take up to 45 days.
Will I have to pay customs, VAT, or import duties?
No. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your final price. You will not pay anything extra at delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return a product?
You may withdraw from your purchase and request a return within 14 days of delivery. If local law grants a longer period, we honor that.
What are the conditions for a return?
Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made desks and items marked ‘non-returnable’ cannot be returned unless defective.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we provide a prepaid label or the item is defective.
How do I start a return?
Contact support@ergolyx.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions and return authorization.

Warranty & Claims
What warranty do you offer?
Our products include a commercial warranty ranging from 2 to 10 years, depending on the item. It covers manufacturing defects only and is in addition to your statutory rights.
What is not covered under warranty?
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, environmental damage (e.g. water or heat exposure), and third-party repairs are not covered.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@ergolyx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos. Our team will guide you through the process.
Who pays for shipping on warranty claims?
Ergolyx covers shipping costs for approved warranty repairs or replacements. If the item is returned for inspection and no defect is found, return shipping may be charged to the customer.
What are my legal rights?
Your warranty is in addition to statutory rights—EU customers have at least a 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods.
