Shipping
Do you ship outside the EU?
At this time, we only ship within the EU. We plan to expand our shipping network to more countries over time. Please check our website for the latest updates.
Which carriers do you use?
UPS is our primary shipping carrier.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Bulk or B2B orders sent by sea freight may take up to 45 days.
Will I have to pay customs, VAT, or import duties?
No. All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your final price. You will not pay anything extra at delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a UPS tracking number by email.

Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return a product?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. If local law gives you a longer return period, we honor that.
What are the conditions for a return?
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Custom-made desks and items marked “non-returnable” cannot be returned unless defective.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we provide a prepaid label.
How do I start a return?
Contact support@ergolyx.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions and authorization if approved.

Warranty & Claims
What warranty do you offer?
Our products typically come with warranties ranging from 2 to 10 years. Please refer to the product page for specific warranty details, as they may vary depending on the item. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
What is not covered under warranty?
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, environmental damage (e.g. water or heat exposure), and third-party repairs are not covered.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@ergolyx.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos. Our team will guide you through the process.
Who pays for shipping on warranty claims?
Ergolyx covers shipping costs for approved warranty replacements.
What are my legal rights?
Your warranty is in addition to statutory rights—EU customers have at least a 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods.
