Claim Process
Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To start a claim, email support@ergolyx.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please include:
Proof of Purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).
Photos or Videos clearly showing the defect. Visual evidence helps us assess the problem efficiently.
Relevant details (e.g. when and how the defect was first noticed).
After submitting a claim, our support team may guide you through troubleshooting steps or a simple reset procedure (for example, height-adjustable desk issues can often be resolved this way). We will review the information and determine if the issue qualifies as a covered manufacturing defect.
Resolution & Remedies
If a defect is confirmed to be covered by warranty, Ergolyx will decide on the appropriate remedy. We may repair the defective part, replace it, or refund the purchase price, depending on the issue and applicable consumer protection laws. The decision is made at Ergolyx’s discretion as part of the warranty process. Once approved, Ergolyx will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective item and sending the replacement (within the warranty period).
Original Purchaser & Transferability
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It is non-transferable and does not apply if the product is resold or given to another party. Whether purchased as an individual consumer or a business customer, the same warranty terms apply as long as you are the original buyer.
Statutory Rights
The warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights and consumer guarantees available under applicable law. These rights vary by country. For example, customers in the EU are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for faulty goods. Nothing in this warranty limits or reduces those statutory rights.
