Ergolyx offers reliable shipping to multiple regions, including most EU member countries. Standard delivery costs are included in the product price at checkout. Return shipping costs may apply according to our Return Policy.   • Processing Time: We process and pack each order within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a shipment confirmation with tracking details.

  • Delivery Time (Standard Orders): Most individual or small-item orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery time depends on your location and local courier schedules. These estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We will notify you of any unexpected delays.

  • Delivery Time (Bulk/B2B Orders): Large or bulk orders (such as pallet shipments) are sent by ocean freight. These shipments can take up to 45 days in transit, typically 4–6 weeks depending on the destination port. Our logistics team will coordinate with you on scheduling and provide updates throughout the process.

  • Free Shipping: Standard outbound shipping is included in the listed price. You will not be charged any separate shipping or handling fee at checkout. Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law.

  • Tracking: All orders are trackable. After dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details and a link to follow the delivery status. For large or split shipments, multiple tracking numbers may be provided.

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship to multiple regions, including most EU member countries. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, contact us before ordering. We will assist in confirming eligibility or offering an alternative solution.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: For EU deliveries, Ergolyx covers all import duties, taxes, and customs fees under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. This means we handle customs clearance and pay all applicable VAT and import duties on your behalf. Your order will arrive with no additional charges at delivery.
