Shipping Information

Ergolyx offers free, reliable worldwide shipping on all orders. We ship globally to all UPS-approved destinations (with one exception: Israel). UPS (United Parcel Service) is our primary carrier for standard orders. Below is an overview of our shipping process, timelines, and policies:

  • Processing Time: We process and pack each order within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, we will email you a shipment confirmation with a UPS tracking number.

  • Delivery Time (Standard Orders): Most individual or small-item orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. (Actual transit times depend on your location and local delivery schedules.) These estimates are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). We will notify you promptly of any unusual delays.

  • Delivery Time (Bulk/B2B Orders): Large or bulk orders (such as pallet shipments) are sent by ocean freight. These shipments can take up to 45 days in transit. Sea freight is slower by nature (typically 4–6 weeks depending on the destination port). Our logistics team will coordinate with you on these special deliveries and keep you updated on timing.

  • Free Shipping: We include free standard shipping on all products (no minimum order required). You will never be charged a separate shipping or handling fee on checkout.

  • Tracking: Every Ergolyx order is fully trackable. After dispatch, you will receive an email with a UPS tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Use this information to monitor your package in real time. If an order ships in multiple packages or crates (common for large orders), you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers as needed.

  • Shipping Destinations: We ship to almost all countries and regions worldwide. (Please note: we do not ship to Israel due to an intentional business policy.) If you have any questions about your location, please contact us before ordering. We strive to honor all shipping addresses allowed by UPS (including APO/FPO or P.O. boxes where UPS permits). If UPS cannot deliver to your address type, we will work with you to find an alternate solution.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: To make international shopping seamless, Ergolyx covers all import duties, taxes, and customs fees on your behalf. We ship under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms, meaning we handle the customs clearance and pay any VAT/GST or import duties. Your order should arrive with no additional charges due at delivery. We want your international purchase to feel just as easy as a domestic one.

  • Shipping Issues: If your package is delayed, lost, or if you have any questions about delivery, please contact us immediately. Our customer support team will investigate and assist you.
